Jeremiah Hsu

Jeremiah Hsu is Director, Real Estate Lease Advisory in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. Jeremiah joined Hilco in 2019 and is a key member of the lease advisory team, working with clients to restructure their real estate portfolios and performing due diligence for new business opportunities. His responsibilities include real estate portfolio and lease analysis, property valuation, and serving as operational lead between the client and Hilco’s dealmakers throughout the repositioning process. During his time here, Jeremiah has worked with numerous national and multinational clients including Starbucks, J Crew, Sbarro, Save-A-Lot, Tailored Brands, Nando’s, Cinemark, Chuck E Cheese, and many other public and privately held companies.

Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Arts in statistics from Northwestern University, with a minor in business institutions.
