Kirstin DiCecca is Senior Director, IPv4 in the Capital Solutions division at Hilco Global. Kirstin is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in strategic operations and management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Hilco Streambank, Kirstin brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing business processes and driving organizational success.
Prior to her current role, Kirstin held the position of Vice President of Operations at Hilco Streambank and Chief Operating Officer at Hilco Digital Assets, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing operational functions and spearheading initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Kirstin joined Hilco Streambank’s predecessor firm, Streambank, in 2008 as the first full-time employee and helped launch the asset disposition business. Prior to rejoining Hilco Streambank in 2020, she gained valuable experience in leadership and operations across diverse sectors and roles concentrated within the realms of brands, retail, and marketing. Kirstin’s contributions have consistently driven positive outcomes and positioned her as a dynamic leader in the field.
Kirstin’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University.
