Nick Drepanos is a Senior Associate at Getzler Henrich with over four years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, performance improvement, valuation, and corporate finance. Nick’s experience in the turnaround and restructuring industry includes advisory services for distressed clients both in and out of court across the retail, healthcare, and technology sectors. He has developed detailed 13-week cash flow models as well as three-statement operating models, managed negotiations with vendors, worked on revenue cycle management, and managed inventory for clients.
Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Nick worked at Berkeley Research Group on the Turnaround and Restructuring team, where he provided strategic and financial advisory services to retail clients and lenders. Nick assisted an ABL lender through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process providing weekly updates on cash flow, borrowing base availability, and net working capital trends. Nick additionally advised a retail client, in an interim management role, creating a fiscal budget, updating weekly cash flow models, and co-leading an AP vendor automation project.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Communication Studies from Northeastern University and resides in the Greater Boston area.
