Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson is Executive Director, Head of Retail & Consumer Valuation in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. He is responsible for overseeing consumer and retail appraisal operations for the company, as well as for its overall vertical growth and quality assurance. He also specializes in developing and enhancing client relationships across the New England region.

Tim joined Hilco in 2001 and has conducted and managed thousands of appraisals on behalf of lending institutions worldwide since that time. These valuations are comprised of retail, wholesale and industrial operations in most key markets. His tenure at Hilco enable Tim to leverage a highly diversified background to assist institutions in recognizing collateral value and potential exit strategies for their portfolio companies. Prior to joining Hilco, Tim worked with GE Plastics, where he was a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program.
