
Kevin A. Krakora, CTP is a managing director at Getzler Henrich. With over 30 years of experience in corporate turnarounds, strategic consulting, financial and operational restructurings, and debtor bankruptcy situations, he brings extensive experience to advisory engagements with both companies and senior lenders in complex debt restructurings, financings and workouts.
Specializing in advising and working with under-performing companies, Kevin develops and implements business transformation strategies, operational/financial improvements and turnaround plans. He advises boards of directors and executive management teams regarding strategic alternatives and performance improvement plans, assisting both in their development and implementation. He also leads the firm’s automotive and security alarm practices and has substantial experience across numerous industries, including airline, automotive, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, and security/alarm among others.
Kevin has served in interim management positions, including as a Chief Restructuring Officer and Independent Director. He has led numerous §363 sales processes in Chapter 11 cases as well as business and assets sales in out-of-court situations, and advised numerous companies in confidential engagements involving refinancings, out-of-court debt restructurings, recapitalizations and divestitures.
