Robert Jones has twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. He leverages his expertise in asset management, property management, leasing, negotiation, and disposition to maximize the value of distressed commercial properties.
In his prior role as a lead for an asset management function, Robert managed a portfolio of institutional commercial real estate assets with an estimated AUM of $800,000,000 across 110 separate properties. His responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of business plans at the asset level, leasing operations, property operations, follow-on capital deployment, and property disposition. The portfolio consisted of diverse asset types including office, flex R&D, industrial, and retail properties.
Throughout his career, Robert has completed an estimated 270+ lease transactions and over 30 dispositions, managing nearly 6,000,000 square feet of commercial property. His significant experience with office assets is highlighted by his management of over 1,500,000 square feet of multiple and single-story office spaces across 18 separate buildings.
Robert’s extensive experience and strategic approach have consistently contributed to the optimization and value maximization of the commercial properties under his management.
