Spencer Ruberti has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in distressed assets and court-appointed receiverships. He leverages his expertise in property and asset management, leasing, and sales to maximize the value of distressed commercial properties.
Spencer has overseen a national portfolio of distressed commercial assets, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and self-storage. His work has involved more than 150 assets, totaling over 6,000,000 square feet and $800,000,000 in value. In this role, he has been responsible for the evaluation, selection, and management of leasing and sales brokers, as well as property management teams.
Throughout his career, Spencer has successfully negotiated leases and Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs) across all asset types, including acting as the lead on numerous receiver sales. His strategic approach and extensive experience in managing distressed properties have consistently led to significant value creation for his clients.
