Andrew Streeter has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate. His responsibilities have encompassed the creation of baseline financial analysis, identifying property financial issues, abstracting leases, and asset management. Andrew maintains a professional affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he serves on the ICSC Next Generation committee, planning events for emerging retail real estate professionals.
Andrew has overseen the underwriting of commercial properties, closing loans, and securing debt with correspondent Life Insurance Companies, CMBS companies, HUD/FHA, and Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. He has also gained valuable experience serving as an intern to the CFO and construction development team, as well as working in brokerage during his time at JLL and CBRE.
Andrew’s dedication to the field and his strategic involvement in various aspects of commercial real estate have made him a valuable asset to the industry, contributing to the financial and operational success of numerous projects.
