Jake Ringelstein

Jake Ringelstein, Senior Associate, recently joined the firm in the summer of 2022 and is a data-driven professional with excellent analytical skills in client-focused work. Jake works and collaborates in restructuring and turnaround situations for several healthy and distressed client companies across multiple industries including retail, consumer products, healthcare, hospitality, automotive, and real estate.​

Jake manages comprehensive data-tracking and analytics reporting on the investments of targeted companies utilizing software platforms for focused industry research, targeting and segmentation of client databases, and identifying prospective new engagements. He is currently supporting the assigned CRO as a financial advisor for a Napa Valley vineyard as they navigate a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, to assist in the management and reporting of the company’s cash flows, revenue projections, and forecasts.

Prior to joining the firm, Jake was a junior Financial Analyst for a leading niche biopharmaceutical company that specializes in therapeutics development and commercialization. Jake has worked with an NFP to update the CRM, utilizing management information systems.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the Villanova School of Business, majoring in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems.
