
Jake Ringelstein, senior associate, is a corporate finance professional with over three years of experience in turnaround management, restructuring, and performance improvement for clients both in and out of court. He has worked across a diverse range of industries including consumer products, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. Jake is a data-driven professional who utilizes 13-week cash flow forecasts, three-statement models, and liquidation analyses—to support strategic decision-making. With a strong analytical foundation and practical experience navigating distressed environments, he brings a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach to financial turnarounds.
Currently, Jake supports the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) of a large multi-facility healthcare operator offering assisted living, supportive living, skilled nursing, memory care, Alzheimer’s care, and rehabilitation services throughout rural Illinois and Missouri. Jake is responsible for managing the company’s cash flow model, preparing financial reports required for bankruptcy proceedings, and assisting in cash management strategies to maximize recovery for the various secured creditors.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the Villanova School of Business, majoring in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems.
