Jonathan Vukanovich

Jonathan Vukanovich, Director, brings 17 years of finance and restructuring experience to Getzler Henrich. He specializes in financial and cash flow modelling, integrated business models, corporate finance, financial planning/reporting, profitability analysis, working capital management and advanced excel modelling. Jonathan has provided turnaround and restructuring support services to both debtor and customer groups alike, with a focus in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vukanovich was a Director with Alderney Advisors/B.Riley Financial where he served as Financial Advisor to Gill Industries, Eisenmann Corp. US, Bolta US, Inc., AMI, Elliot Management (regarding Hyundai Motor Corp), the Customer Group to JD Norman and the Customer Group to Vari-Form. Mr. Vukanovich held numerous corporate finance roles in a variety of industries ranging from Financial Services, Software, and Manufacturing. Mr. Vukanovich was responsible for creating robust financial reporting metrics geared specifically for C-Suite level executives.

Mr. Vukanovich is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Board of Accountancy and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors Co-op) from the University of Windsor.
