Chris Parthum

Chris Parthum is Senior Associate, Real Estate Valuation/Advisory at Hilco Global, where he specializes in property valuation and market research, supporting both the asset sales team and the firm’s capital deployment initiatives.

He has experience using a range of methodologies in Excel as well as ARGUS Enterprise to underwrite various asset types including office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.

Before joining Hilco, Chris was with Simon Property Group, where he focused on real estate analysis and redevelopment strategies. In this role, he was responsible for evaluating market trends, conducting financial modeling, and assessing the feasibility of redevelopment projects, gaining valuable experience in the retail and office sectors.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In addition, he holds a Trainee License with the Appraisal Institute, further building his expertise in property valuation and market analysis.
