About Henry

Henry Foster serves as President of Hilco Global (UK, EU, APAC), CEO of Hilco Capital Solutions (UK, EU, APAC), and Executive Director – Capital UK. He joined Hilco in 2007 and held several positions with increasing responsibilities prior to being appointed to lead the company.

In his role, Henry directs the company’s financial investment and advisory work with stakeholders across a broad range of sectors to deliver optimal outcomes in transactions across the UK, Western Europe, Canada and Australia.

He has led the turnarounds of a number of high profile Hilco deals, designing and managing financial and operational plans across a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing and engineering. Henry currently sits on the boards of a number of Hilco investments.

Prior to his tenure at Hilco, Henry worked as a Chartered Accountant with a leading professional services firm, advising lenders, corporates and other stakeholders on turnaround situations.
