Linda Shannon focuses on the management of intellectual property disposition and appraisal engagements. Linda has built significant expertise in handling intellectual property, particularly in distressed situations. She has more than 5 years’ experience assisting UK insolvency practitioners in identifing and monetizing intangible assets across all sectors. She has successfully conducted sales processes in relation to the intellectual property assets of companies such as Green Energy Geothermal, Cella Energy, iDoc, SmartWeave, Ortak, Pharmacy Plus and the Institute of Administrative Management.
Her deal-making and business analysis skills were enhanced by previous experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she obtained the Chartered Banker qualification. She studied International Relations and Modern History at the University of St Andrews and also holds the Graduate Diploma in Law. Linda loves to travel and spent time volunteering for Transparency International in Azerbaijan after graduating.
