Noah is a Director at Hilco Real Estate Capital, where he is involved in deal origination, credit underwriting, deal structuring, asset valuation, and financial modeling for real estate-based debt and equity investments.
Before joining Hilco Real Estate, Noah served as Senior Associate at ReStore Capital, where he led underwriting efforts for opportunistic credit and equity investments in the consumer retail industry. He played a key role in transactions involving companies such as The Row, iFit, Coravin, and Global Brands Group.
Earlier in his career, Noah was a Financial Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory group. There, he collaborated with private equity firms, business development companies (BDCs), and hedge funds to value debt and equity stakes in portfolio companies, non-performing loans (NPLs), illiquid securities, and other complex assets. His work spanned industries including real estate, consumer brands, technology, healthcare, food and beverage, and industrials.
Noah earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
