Patrick Davenport-Jenkins is an experienced investment professional, with over five years’ experience across real estate, credit analysis, and alternative investment strategies. He currently serves as an Associate for Hilco Real Estate Finance. Patrick started his career at Morgan Stanley in Fixed Income research. Later on, Patrick joined Arrow Global where he helped build out two real-estate PRS vehicles, the Fund’s asset allocation strategy, as well as various bridge-lending businesses, taking on a key role in the underwriting of new opportunities.
Outside of work, Patrick is a keen sportsman, who participates regularly in trail running and ultra-marathon events. Patrick holds a Msc. Econometrics from The University of Manchester.
