About Andrew
Andrew Ward has over 28 years experience in the secured lending sector, the last 13 of which he has specialised in the bridge and real estate backed lending space. Starting his career with Lloyds followed by the Rothschild group, Andrew has previously founded three successful secured lending business, primarily operating in the North of England. Andrew is a well known and respected market figure nationally within the sector and will lead the post deal management operations for HREF as well as having input in the origination strategy. Andrew is a family man with two sons, is a keen sportsman and Chairman of his local cricket club.
