Kavita Dantluri

Kavita Dantluri is Chief Financial Officer at Hilco Global Advisors. She plays a key role at Hilco in supporting the senior leadership team with driving growth initiatives and managing the strategic and tactical direction of the company, while overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function at HGA. She joined Hilco in 2023, and brings to the senior leadership team, over 20 years of broad expertise across technology, marketing, media, market research, and consulting organizations. She has navigated large global corporations as well as worked at the ground level managing multiple functions in smaller start-ups. More recently, she worked primarily in commercial finance, supporting the C-suite and cross-functional leaders on finance strategy and planning. In her previous corporate role, as VP – Finance North America, at Kantar, she had the opportunity to lead business planning, and headed numerous transformation initiatives around go-to-market strategy, pricing, ERP implementations, investment plans and M&A integrations.

Kavita is passionate about coaching and human-centered leadership and is an advocate for women rising to leadership roles in business. She is currently in the process of getting her coaching certification with CTI and loves to mentor young women in her networks. She has also worked as a consultant with non-profits, B-corps and women founders and is most inspired by people and meaningful products. She and her husband support several philanthropic organizations including Hilco Helps, Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago, Humane Society US and Crate free IL to name a few. Kavita is a Certified Public Accountant and has received her Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (with Honors) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
