About Patrick
Patrick Davenport-Jenkins is a senior member of Hilco Real Estate Finance, responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing large and complex real estate financing transactions. Patrick has nearly a decade of experience across real estate, credit analysis, and alternative investment strategies. Patrick started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Institutional Securities division, before joining fund manager Arrow Global, investing into various real estate equity and credit strategies across the UK & Europe.
Outside of work, Patrick is a keen sportsman, who participates regularly in running events and enjoys climbing and playing Rugby League. Patrick holds a MSc. Econometrics, finishing top of his class, as well as a BSc. (Hons) Mathematics, both from The University of Manchester.
