Cynthia Rodrigues is Director of Accounting at Hilco Global and is responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities and assignments in the accounting department including Hilco Trading’s controllership functions, funds, financial close process, and audits. Cynthia is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of domestic and international experience working in Corporate Accounting and Reporting functions and in a Big Four accounting firm. Prior to joining Hilco, Cynthia most recently served as Accounting Senior Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, where she managed the monthly close and consolidation process, analyzing results and reviewing the management and financial reporting packages for 30+ insurance companies. At Allstate, Cynthia also led the Investments statutory accounting and tax reporting team and helped implement the investment management software for Allstate’s $80 billion investment portfolio.
Cynthia started her career at Deloitte and grew in her role in their Middle East Audit practice before moving to the US. Cynthia is both a licensed CPA and CMA and a Chartered Accountant.
