
Karen Bubrowski is a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Hilco Global, where she leads the firm’s marketing strategy and brand development across its 20+ operating companies. Since joining Hilco Global in 2012, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the in-house marketing services team, overseeing communications planning, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that have strengthened the firm’s market presence.
A dedicated steward of the Hilco Global brand, Karen has successfully directed integrated marketing efforts – including paid, earned, and owned media – while spearheading numerous large-scale, targeted customer events during a period of significant growth and expansion. She also manages the firm’s philanthropic initiative, Hilco Helps, reinforcing the company’s commitment to community impact.
Before joining Hilco Global, Karen spent over a decade at Sears holdings, where she held various roles in data, communications, and marketing for the company’s business-to-business division.
Karen is actively involved in industry and community organizations, serving on the TMA Network of Women Global Planning Committee, SFNet Annual Convention Planning Committee, Youth Guidance Gala Host Committee, and the Youth Guidance Becoming a Man Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Business in Internet Marketing from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University.
