Karen Bubrowski is a Vice President of Marketing at Hilco Global, responsible for delivery of marketing strategy and brand awareness for the firm and its 20+ operating companies. Since joining Hilco Global in 2012, she has been instrumental in managing the in-house marketing services team, communications planning process and marketing calendar activities, among other efforts. Most recently, she led the effort to update and relaunch the expansive Hilco Global website.
Karen is a tireless champion of the Hilco Global brand, successfully directing paid, earned and owned marketing communications activities and numerous large-scale targeted customer events during a period of unprecedented growth and expansion of the Hilco Global diversified financial services platform. She also manages the firm’s extensive Hilco Helps philanthropic efforts. Prior to joining Hilco, Karen spent more than 10 years at Sears Holdings, where she served in various data, communications and marketing roles for the Sears business-to-business team.
