Max Rochford brings his expertise in commercial real estate sales, advisory and brokerage to Hilco Real Estate (HRE) to further assist new owners, asset managers and previous lenders, in the disposition of their real estate assets and portfolios nationwide.
Max directly tracks foreclosure sales nationwide to assist clients in the earliest stages of the sales process after the reacquisition of the asset(s) post-foreclosure. He also helps owners of properties acquired in a Bankruptcy sale who are interested in flipping the property after recent renovation or having since been fully occupied. His distressed and uncompleted asset advisory experience has been crucial to the success of his clients in crafting an auction process that generates large buyer pools both locally and nationally.
Prior to joining HRE, Max worked with Century 21 Peak where he sold various properties in the Los Angeles, California area. Max received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in entrepreneurship.
