Thomas Boniface is a Senior Vice President in Hilco Commercial Industrial. He is focused on originating new business for the platform across the going concern acquisition, special situation lending, and asset monetization segments of the business.
Tom most recently served as Vice President at Hilco Valuation Services where he was responsible for business development for Hilco’s industry-leading valuation group. For 5+ years, he covered the Central US and Canadian markets for the firm. He joined Hilco in 2015 to support the Valuation Services originations team.
In his time at Hilco, Tom has led worked on hundreds of transactions across a variety of industries. He has advised lenders, law firms, advisors, private equity sponsors and companies on complicated cross-border, multi-asset, multi-scope transactions across Hilco’s appraisal, monetization, advisory, and capital deployment platforms. In addition to his business development efforts, Tom has played an integral role supporting the growth of Hilco’s Advisory Platform.
Tom has held leadership positions with the Secured Finance Network’s and Turnaround Management Association’s Chicago Chapters and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Tom holds a BA in psychology and philosophy from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
